Stonebank Welcomes New Director Tim Gunthorpe

We're thrilled to welcome Tim Gunthorpe as the newest Director at Stonebank.

Tim brings nearly two decades of client-side project management experience across Australia, having led major programs in the education, life sciences, health, commercial, and retail sectors. His track record spans both traditional and non-traditional procurement models, and he's renowned for steering complex projects from strategy through to delivery, always with a sharp focus on design, risk management, and commercial outcomes.

Before joining Stonebank, Tim held senior leadership roles at Ontoit and Turner & Townsend (formerly Thinc), where he was instrumental in managing multidisciplinary teams, developing business strategies, and delivering many iconic projects.

His expertise includes:

Project strategy and governance

Design and construction management

Stakeholder engagement and team leadership

Procurement, cost control, and superintendency
